Our Roots:

We were founded in 1993 on an organic biodynamic farm in Glenora by Octavia and Christoph Altemueller. Our first store front was a few hundred square feet with one employee. In 2023 we are celebrating 30 years of service to our community. With a team of over 30 staff and a membership of over 20,000 customers, we remain humbly committed to the founding principles on which we were started. It is a privilege to serve our community and we look forward to the next phase of “becoming” what the future might be asking from us.
